Memory Card Error Canon Powershot S400 / Ixus 400 / a75 – Repair & Recover Photos ?
I am facing a memory card error where a message “Card Locked” is displayed while accessing or formatting the memory card. I don’t want those pictures but I want to reuse my digital camera’s memory card. I think that the card is corrupted now and so I am looking for a solution. Please suggest one.

Memory Card Error message indicates that the files present on the memory is corrupted and the memory is also corrupted. Reasons like ejection while memory card is in use or other things become the reason of corruption. Even if the memory card is corrupted, the pictures are still intact in the memory cards. It means there is still a chance to get these pictures back. In this situation don’t format the card and don’t take any more pictures using the camera. If you did then the new pictures will overwrite the old pictures and then the recovery will be more complex. Now use the Photo Recovery Software to recover the corrupted and deleted pictures. Download its trial pack and then install it on your PC. Then connect your camera with computer. Make sure that the memory card is inserted in the digital camera so that the software can perform the recovery operation on that. Follow simple instructions and recover all those pictures back. Then store them in a safe drive on your computer and then try formatting the memory card again. To do so, put the memory card in and click Menu button. Then scroll around to find the \"format\" button. You should get the \"verify message\" whether you really want to delete all data from your memory card.
